Hi, I'm Monica!
I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 6 years. I love getting people moving and improving.
The greatest satisfaction I get from my work is seeing clients become stronger and healthier to be able to do the things they want: whether that’s being able to climb the stairs without being short of breath, having the energy to keep up with their kids, or living a life with less physical pain.

More About Monica
I learned early on in my life that movement has the ability to transform a person entirely, and your health affects all other areas in your life. I decided to dedicate my career to helping people get stronger and stay strong for life. I graduated from Algonquin College in 2017 with a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma.
I am certified with CSEP, the most recognized personal training certification in Canada. I also became a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist so I could help correct people’s posture and teach them to move properly so they could preserve their body as they age, increasing the quality of their life.
I have worked with a variety of clients: women, men, and teens, aged 15-84. I have experience working with different health conditions including asthma, (rheumatoid) arthritis, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and carpal tunnel to name a few. I have worked with clients who are new to exercise, as well as more trained individuals. Many people don’t enjoy working out so I make it my mission to make your journey fun and enjoyable!
“Monica has been a great help to my well being. Since my program started last fall, I now feel I have regained much of my muscle strength (can now do 45+ pushups on my toes in 3 sets), my cardio has improved tremendously, and her mobility program is especially beneficial to me. Mobility being an issue for all seniors. And I’m almost 78 years old.”
