Step-by-Step Approach
Just like you can’t go from couch potato to marathon runner overnight, I won’t ever have you do something your body is not ready for. Every workout in my program is organized in a specific order so you’re always following the right steps, getting quicker results and staying safe.
Safety
It can be challenging to stay motivated to work out but if you hurt yourself, then it’s very easy to fall off the wagon. I ensure that you learn everything you need to know step-by-step and I focus greatly on proper form which again, leads to the 2 most important things I want for you: safety and results.
Accountability
Besides staying safe and doing the right exercises correctly, accountability is your other best friend when it comes to getting results. Because my programs are all do-it-yourself, I place a huge emphasis on holding you accountable to your workouts and goals.

About Monica Zielinski
She graduated from Algonquin College in 2017 with a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma. She is certified with CSEP and is also a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, meaning she’s able to correct your posture and teach you to move properly so you can preserve your body as you age, increasing the quality of your life.
For 6 years, she has been working with 1-on-1 clients and she is now creating programs to remove the cap of how many people she can help. She is excited about this transition in her career because she believes that everybody deserves an affordable solution to managing their body so they can enjoy a life with less pain and less limitations.
